Well planned and executed design, fabrication and installation of our bedroom furniture Very pleased

Would not recommend using Sunny BK. We had a fairly positive experience at the show room (the planners were able to draw up the design and measurements we wanted for our bedroom wardrobes quickly and efficiently), however the fitting and finish was poor. The fitters did not fit the cupboards per the measurements. An example of the issues: side tables on either side of a bed do not match, there are holes in the drawers, the drawers scrape against each other, an old hanging rail was fitted, there is a colour mismatch on one panel, soft close doors are not soft close etc. etc. In addition the fitters decided to bring up floorboards on the day of fitting without checking this was ok with our builder (who was on-site and in the room next door). This could have caused damage to our recently fitted underfloor heating. When we complained we put together a detailed list of the issues with photographs and labels of all the mistakes made. We were then shown the Terms and Conditions which had a statement to the effect of "We are not liable for poor workmanship" (this was the first time such T's & Cs were mentioned!). Sunny did send a couple of guys to correct some of the issues, but overall we're not happy with the outcome and finish considering how much we spent.

Great choice of fitted cupboards/materials and excellent customer service from Lucky and the team. This is our second time using Sunny BK and we would definitely use their services again for future work.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. I gave 2 stars because the wardrobe panels look very nice but I cannot say the same for inside. Some of the boards are chipped and when I brought it to the fitters attention to change them, they turned them around so I couldn't see them though they told me they were changed. Also they marked my newly painted walls. I know accidents do happen but not only were they were in complete denial but made accusations that the walls were marked beforehand. The fitters they use are unprofessional dealing with customers. I certainly would not use or recommend this company.

I have been looking for bespoke fitted wardrobes for a while which I needed for my 6 bed house and have learnt quite a lot about the ins and outs of such products. After shopping around the market, I realised for longevity of wardrobes and its design, we'd really be after German quality, like anything else, Germany have the finest products in the world. It's quite rare to find a London company with competitive prices not only offering German quality but also manufacturing on site from German machinery. It was a great find when I was searching through the many companies online. I called up and they advised me to pay them a visit to their showroom in Hounslow. Fortunately the director who was available talked me through the possibilities of how much specification they would be able to do and he showed me the machines he works with. I was quite impressed as no other company could show or offer me the same and I never felt that sales pressure I had from others I visited. So we compiled a design and I found it extremely easy to talk through my ideas with the team. The fitters were extremely professional and got on with the job. Within a week, all 6 bedrooms were fully fitted with no complications. I oversaw the process and as the wardrobes were cut and made ready in their factory, it now just needed assembling at our house. The fitters were helpful and asked my input through out. If you are looking for German products and services, this is the company for you however don't take my word for it go to visit there showroom to view, you'll be pleased to have found them.

I utilised Sunny BK to create two custom wardrobes and a temple unit. I am quite pleased with my whole experience. It all started with a designer coming to our house in May 2022 to take measurements and recommend several possibilities. He even brought all of the samples of the various materials available, but we decided to go to their store and confirm everything. The fitters arrived and began installing on the agreed-upon day. We requested a little alteration to our temple, and they gladly agreed to do so at no additional expense (how wonderful is that?). Overall, we are really pleased with everything, and they even give a 7-year guarantee in case something goes wrong. Hopefully, we will not need to utilise this warranty, but if we do, hopefully Sunny BK will honour their word. THANK YOU - SUNNY BK.
